Fall Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
  • 1 pouch (5 oz.) Boboli® Pizza Sauce
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, washed & quartered
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, washed & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, washed & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Italian cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F. Sauté garlic & peppers in oil. Add salt & pepper to taste, cook until slightly tender. About 2 minutes. Spread sauce on pizza crust. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza. Top with cooked peppers. Add mushrooms & quartered tomatoes. Top with Italian Seasoning. Bake on oven rack or ungreased baking sheet 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
