Acorn & Cheddar Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
  • 2 c. Acorn squash, cooked, 3/4" pieces
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F. In a bowl, combine Acorn squash, shredded Cheddar cheese, walnuts, raisins, and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover mixture over crust, leaving a 1" border. Drizzle with syrup. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and serve. Let cool and enjoy!
