| Onion Cheese Tart |
 |
Preheat oven 450° F.
1 cup olives, black pitted 1 tbsp. + 3 tsp. olive oil, divided 2 cups onions, diced 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup white wine, dry 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped 2 tsp. anchovy paste 12" * BOBOLI® Original Italian Pizza Crust 2 cups Gruyere cheese, shredded |

Combine olives and 1 tsp. oil in a food processor or blender. Chop until a coarse paste is formed. Set aside. Sauté onions over medium heat in 1 Tbsp. oil, until translucent. Add broth and wine. Simmer until almost dry. Toss with parsley. Brush anchovy paste mixed with remaining oil over top of pizza crust. Layer with onions, olives and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes on a baking sheet in lower 1/3 of oven. Cool slightly and serve.
Serves 4 - 6.
*For 8" pizza crust use 1/2 ingredients. |
