Turkey & Veggie Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Whole Wheat Crust
1 5-oz. pkg. Boboli® Pizza Sauce
3/4 lb. extra lean ground turkey
1 c. fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 10 minutes
In a medium skillet, brown the turkey meat and add the Italian seasoning. Spread the crust with pizza sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Top with turkey, veggies and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
