Tomato, Artichoke & Roasted Pepper Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1/2 c. Pesto
16 oz. Artichoke Hearts
1/4 c. Plum Tomatoes, diced
1/4 c. Olives
1/4 c. Roasted Peppers
1 c. Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano Cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Cook time 8 – 10 minutes
Partially bake the Boboli® pizza crust in a oven until it is just beginning to brown. Remove from oven. Spread pesto sauce thinly over the crust. Distribute drained chopped artichoke hearts over the pesto. Then distribute tomato, olives and drained roasted peppers. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire pizza. Sprinkle Romano/Parmesan cheese on top. Return to oven. Bake until crust is golden and the cheese has melted (approx. 5 – 8 minutes). Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
