Spinach Carbonara Pizza

Ingredients

1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 c. Alfredo sauce
1 c. spinach, cooked and well drained
1 c. Pancetta ham, cooked and chopped
1 c. Asiago cheese
1 c. Parmesan, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 10 – 12 minutes

Spread Alfredo sauce over crust, forming 1" border around. Sprinkle the spinach and pancetta over crust. Sprinkle the Asiago and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Alternate Methods

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
