Plum Tart
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
3 c. plums, 1/2" slices
1/4 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Bake time: 18 – 20 minutes
Arrange plums over pizza crust, leaving a 1" border around crust. Combine heavy cream, sugar, flour, egg yolk, and lemon rind, mixing well; drizzle over fruit. Bake 18 – 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
