Pear Tart
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 c. almonds, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. flour
3 c. pears, pared, 1/2" slices
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake time: 18 – 20 minutes
Combine almonds, butter, and flour, mixing well. Spread over pizza crust leaving a 1" border around crust. Mix pears with sugar and lemon juice; arrange over filling. Bake 18 – 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
