Mexican Fiesta Boboli® Pizza

Ingredients

1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 c. refried beans
1 c. salsa
1/4 c. black beans, drained
1/2 c. corn niblets, drained
1 c. Mexican cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. guacamole
1 tbsp. Jalapeno peppers

Directions

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes

Spread refried beans on crust leaving 1" border around. Spread salsa over the refried beans. Distribute black beans and corn evenly over the crust. Sprinkle cheese over the entire crust. Place Jalapenos evenly around the crust. Bake in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and beans are warmed through. Serve warm with guacamole and sour cream.

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
