La Dolce Vita Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1/2 c. marinara sauce
1 c. Mozzarella
Pinch crushed red pepper
Pinch basil
Pinch garlic
Pinch of Italian seasoning
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes
16 oz. artichoke hearts
1/2 c. chicken
1 c. Asiago
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Cook time 8 – 10 minutes
Spread Marinara Sauce thinly over pizza crust. First sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese then with crushed red pepper, diced garlic, Italian seasoning and chopped basil. Sprinkle the top with diced sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts (drain well) and diced cooked chicken. Sprinkle the Asiago Cheese over the pizza. Bake until cheese has melted and crust is a golden brown.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
