Key Lime Pie
1 12" Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. lime zest, grated
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 graham cracker, lightly crumbled
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Bake crust 8–10 minutes until crisp and let cool completely. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, lime juice, 1 teaspoon of lime zest, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture onto crust, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Top with whipped topping, graham cracker and remaining lime zest. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
