Goat Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomato & Red Onion Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. red onions, sliced
1 c. Goat cheese
1 c. Mozzarella
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
pinch thyme
pinch rosemary
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Cook time 8 – 10 minutes
Sauté 1 tablespoon minced garlic in olive oil; add sliced red onions and sauté until soft. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper and remove from heat. Spread mixture on thin crust pizza. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top, followed by Goat cheese and the sun-dried tomatoes. Bake for 8 minutes. After removing pizza from oven, sprinkle with minced thyme leaves and rosemary while still hot. Serve.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
