George's German Style Pizza


1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. Grey Poupon®
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 - 3/4 c. mustard sauce
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4" round Bratwurst
1 medium onion, 1/2" diced
3/4 c. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
3/4 c. sauerkraut, drained
3/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped


Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes

Prepare mustard Sauce: Mix 4 tablespoons each of mayonnaise and Grey Poupon mustard. Add 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish.

In a skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil for 5 – 7 minutes. Add sliced bratwurst and brown. Spread mustard sauce evenly on shell. Add Swiss cheese then bratwurst and onion mixture. Top with sauerkraut and fresh parsley. Cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Alternate Methods

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
