Eat Your Fruit & Veggies Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 Portobello mushroom, sliced
1 c. pineapple chunks
handful of spinach leaves
oregano to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
pinch of basil
1 Tomato, chopped
1 large stalk leek, cleaned and sliced
1 small zucchini, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Layer veggies on pizza crust followed by pineapple, cheeses and herbs. Cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted!
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
