1 12" Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
2 10-oz. cans whole baby clams, rinsed and drained
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
In a medium bowl, add clams, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir. Add cheeses, garlic and mix until well combined. Spread mixture on crust, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Bake 8 – 10 minutes until crust is light brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
