Cincinnati "Game Changer" Chili Pizza

1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 lb. ground beef, lean
1/2 c. assorted color sweet peppers, 1/4" diced
1/3 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. tomatoes, canned, drained, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. oregano leaves, dried
1 c. kidney beans, canned and drained
1 tbsp. cilantro, fresh and coarsely chopped
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
sour cream and diced onion for garnish (optional)


Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes

Sauté ground beef in oil in skillet until beef loses its pink color; drain. Add assorted sweet peppers, onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add chili powder, cumin powder, and oregano, stirring for 5 minutes. Add beans and cilantro. Fill pizza crust, leaving a 1" border around crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 – 10 minutes on baking sheet in the lower third of the oven. Garnish with sour cream and diced onion and serve.

Alternate Methods

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
