Chicken Pesto Pizza with Tomato & Spinach
1 12" Boboli® Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
1/2 c. reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. pesto
1/2 c. chicken, cooked and sliced
1/4 c. spinach
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Mix chicken and pesto in a medium bowl. Add chicken and pesto pizza crust, and then arrange tomatoes. Add raw baby spinach leaves, and then sprinkle pizza with Mozzarella cheese. Place in oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Let cool and enjoy!
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
