Chicken Caliente Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 can (14-16 oz) diced tomatoes, well drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. (1 oz) chili Caliente dip mix
1 pkg. (10 oz) chicken, cooked and sliced
1 c. (4 oz) Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 10 – 12 minutes
In medium bowl combine tomatoes, mayonnaise and dip mix. Add chicken; toss to coat. Spoon onto pizza crust; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Let cool and enjoy!
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
