Blue Ribbon - Reuben Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Mix equal parts mayonnaise and mustard (using more or less depending on amount of sauce desired) and spread over the pizza crust, leaving a 1" border around edges. Lay the corned beef to cover the mayonnaise and mustard. Add the drained sauerkraut as the next layer. Top with the cheese and bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, and enjoy!
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
