Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato (BLT) Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
7 tomatoes slices, 1/4" thick
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. parsley, coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon strips, cooked crisp, broken into 2" pieces
1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 – 3 c. Romaine lettuce, 3" pieces
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Arrange tomatoes over pizza crust leaving a 1" border. Brush with oil and sprinkle with parsley. Lay bacon over tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown or cheese is melted. Cool slightly. Combine romaine and mayonnaise. Top pizza crust and serve.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
