1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 oz. smoked salmon
1 c. baby spinach
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Heat the olive oil and butter in a non-stick skillet and caramelize the sliced onion. Mix garlic and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Spread evenly over the pizza crust. When the onions are caramelized, spread over the mayonnaise layer. Break the salmon into small pieces and add on top of the onion. Spread baby spinach in a single layer over the salmon. Top the pizza with cheese. Bake in oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
